E-Bikes

Residence on Langley has teamed up with BYKKO to bring you all new electric bikes. What a great way to access all that Perth and its surrounding areas have to offer in a super fun way!

Guests can hire the electric bikes by scanning the QR code at each bike or by logging on to https://swanbike.bykko.net.  You will need to create an account and add your credit card details to access an e-bike. We have four e-bikes available for our guests.

Business Centre

Located on the Lobby level, this convenient space offers computer and internet access to in-house guests. With services such as printing and photocopying, our business centre serves as your home office away from your office, providing a professional workspace equipped with all the essentials you need to stay productive.

We’ve also included a cozy relaxation area where you can unwind between meetings or take a moment to recharge during your busy day.
